Do you charge for estimates?
Not on projects: panels, chargers, rewiring, lighting and generators are free to quote. Repairs start with an $89 service call, which we waive when we do the work.
Will I need a new panel for an EV charger?
Often not. Plenty of 100-amp panels have room for a charger. We run a load calculation first and only quote an upgrade if your house truly needs one.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, on every job that needs one. We schedule the city inspection, meet the inspector, and the price we quote already includes it.
My house still has knob-and-tube. Is that a problem?
It can be, especially when you sell or shop for insurance. A $249 inspection tells you exactly what's in your walls, and if you rewire, we fish new wire through the plaster rather than tearing it out.
What counts as an emergency?
Sparking, a burning smell, a breaker that won't reset, or half the house going dark. Call any hour; the emergency line is answered 24/7.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on panel upgrades and standby generators, with monthly payments. Ask when we quote and we'll walk you through it.
